Pipefitter & Pipe Installation Specialist

Description

We are looking for motivated candidates to work as pipefitters in the construction of luxury motor yachts. Previous experience is not strictly required – motivation to learn, diligence, and commitment are what matter most. Work is carried out aboard maritime vessels under the guidance of experienced master craftsmen. This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire unique skills in a prestigious marine industry.

• ▸ASSEMBLY: pipe systems aboard luxury yachts in accordance with engineering blueprints
• ▸ADAPTATION: fitting pipes and plumbing runs to the ship hull structure
• ▸INSTALLATION: piping of diverse diameters and wall thicknesses (carbon steel, copper, high-grade polymers)
• ▸WELDING: tack welding utilizing precision TIG and MAG techniques
• ▸COOPERATION: coordinating tasks with on-site marine engineers and naval specialists

Requirements

• ▸Ability to read technical documentation: piping schematics, isometric projections, and P&ID diagrams
• ▸Experience with hydraulic piping, high-precision bending, and installation of small diameters (6–28 mm)
• ▸Proficiency in tack welding using TIG and MAG methods
• ▸Sound knowledge of industrial materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, copper tubing, and composite piping (e.g. GRE bonded pipes)
• ▸TRAINING: hands-on mentoring provided by seasoned international master technicians
• ▸CONTINUOUS SUPPORT: dedicated multilingual coordinator available throughout the employment period
• ▸EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: official full-benefit employment contract with social insurance

Additional Information

• ▸SALARY: 14,000 - 20,000 PLN gross per month.
• ▸ACCOMMODATION: employer-provided comfortable lodging close to the shipyard.
